The next phase of investment in the Tower on the Maumee will total approximately $16 million and will transform more than 130,000 vacant square feet into 91 new apartments, resident amenities, and additional commercial space by spring of 2026. The apartments will range in size from just over 400 to 700 square feet, offering luxury living in a smaller footprint, all with stunning city or river views. The expected economic impact includes 71 full time equivalent construction jobs, 35 full time equivalent permanent jobs, and $80 million in direct revenue during the first five years of operations. The project will bring the Tower on the Maumee back to full occupancy and productive use for the first time in thirty years.
